Turnaround depends on the package — as fast as 48 hours on rush edits, about 5–7 days on standard youth athlete edits. Final files optimized for broadcast, social, and recruiting platforms.

5 extra vertical clips (8–20 sec): hero play, two montages, celebration, and one slower moment.

Jersey, helmet, cleats, gloves, nameplate — cinematic close-ups cut into the reel.

Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or card. The deposit is non-refundable and is what holds your date.
I film from sideline areas the league allows and never interfere with play, officials, or coaching.
You get a preview link and one round of notes. Final files are released once the balance is paid.
50% of the total is due when you book. It's non-refundable — it holds the date and turns away other work. The remaining 50% is due before final files are released.
You'll get a preview link first. Final, unmarked files are delivered after the balance is paid. Invoices more than 7 days past due may pause delivery and can accrue 1.5% per month.
More than 7 days out: deposit stays, and you can move once at no extra fee if the calendar allows. Inside 7 days: deposit is forfeited. Inside 48 hours or a no-show: the full package is due. Weather or field closure: one free reschedule; if no new date works within 30 days, the deposit carries to a future game.
One round of notes within 7 days of the preview; extra edits after that are $65 each. Music is licensed for personal and organic social use — not paid ads or broadcast. Raw footage is not included unless purchased separately.
You get a personal license to download, share with family, and post on your and your athlete's social accounts. Ascend Media keeps copyright and may use short clips in its portfolio and social — no paid ads featuring your athlete without your permission.
The parent or legal guardian is the client and agrees for the minor athlete. Let me know about any custody, league, or school restriction that would limit filming or posting.
